"Had 2 smoothies made and the ingredients were clumped together and tasted nasty. Called and the phone kept ringing. This place is slow and so expensive!!!! I called later that night spoke to an employee and they said a manger would call me in the next 48 hours. No one called me I have to keep calling this is unacceptable. 1 week later and I am still trying to get a refund! Do better!!!"
"The lady at the window was very rude. We ordered food and at the end of the order she said I'm sorry we're not serving food anymore. It was 6:30 and the hours said 9:00 p.m. we ordered a small smoothie for the little one and waited about a half an hour for it with nobody else in line at the drive-thru. It just seemed like neither of the girls wanted to work that night. Might try another one in a different location"
"This location, not only are they slow moving on the regular but every single time I come through this drive through I NEVER get a straw it’s 4pm orchard has heavy traffic. imagine getting off work or having a bad day and you want to drink your smoothie and they NEVER give you a straw. So I had to turn around in heavy traffic and construction to get a straw. And they not even busy. Just go to the tropical smoothie on Butterfield"
"Stopped by this morning and ordered the Sunrise Sunset Smoothie (highly recommend). The customer service awesome, clean establishment and the team was able to give me recommendations on what to try based on what I like- this is awesome as I’m not a smoothie person. They have plenty of options to add to your smoothie depending on your wellness journey, the lunch options are healthy and they have options for the kiddos. They have a drive-thru, nice inside seating if you want to hang out a bit and an app to order in advance. I look forward to making this a regular pit stop for me and the family. Thank you for providing healthy options for the entire family."
"The Blueberry Bliss smoothie was good and the Lil Limeberry was kid approved. I had the Caribbean Jerk Chicken wrap and it was very good. It had a sweet sauce with a spicy after taste."
