"I had a bad experience when picking up my order today. Wings are always great but for some reason theres always an issue when I receive my order. There’s been times my orders are incomplete and i have to call and drive back to get the rest. Today i went in to pick up my order i had placed and was told my order wasnt there. I even spelled out the name. The manager then came trying to find my order and “was not there” i gave them my name, the name on the card i paid with, the total amount of money i paid for the order, showed them confirmation number and nothing. Besides the fact that i waited, i was told to give them a few minutes to “remake” my order. Manager then went to the shelf and found the wings had been ready all along. The manager nor anyone was kind enough to apologize for making me wait. Which is fine i guess but its the fact that my wings were ready and waited there unnecessary time and didnt even receive an apology.. costumer service could be better."
"Worked 17 hrs and specifically ordered boneless wings. Get home with my order after waiting for 30 mins and my whole order is wrong. Wrong flavor. Wrong wings. Absolutely terrible service. Never again."

"Terrible customer service. Order was messed up. Missing my blue cheese that the lady taking my order scoffed at when ordering because we wanted both blue cheese for myself and ranch for my girlfriend. Lied to us that they had a sauce version of the lemon. Then staff proceeded to curse at any little detail while they thought no one was around. Yet I was 3 ft away.. definitely not worth the drive. Even if I was leaving Menards and wanted wing stop I would drive across town. Staff working need to be trained. She didn’t even know how to ring up my order but was working the front solo. Trying to do multiple items to add up to the larger deal I ordered."
"Ordered the Carolina bbq sandwich. It was good. Nothing to write home about but good. Had the Buffalo fries and that was really good. Also tried the Hawaiian sauce. That was ok."
