"Went to get a quarter pound cheeseburger for the advertised 1.99. I wanted only ketchup, mustard and extra pickles. I noticed the drive through screen showed 2.94. I asked at the window why the extra almost 1.00 charge was for. I was told that they charge .73 or .78 cents for extra pickle. No where was this published anywhere in the establishment. I told her I am not paying 36% of the price of the burger for pickles and left. Buyer beware about extra charges on your receipt."
"I waited for 15 plus minutes at a stall to order only to be ignored by the staff while everyone else got served. They even turned off our button we were here hours before close and while other people had no problem ordering at other stalls. I cannot believe the level of bad service I experienced here tonight. I recommend you don't waste your time there are plenty of better options in the area!"
"I stopped by the other night and ordered using the stalls which were super easy to use. Natalia brought our food out and she had such a great personality! I know it’s just fast food but it’s honestly some of the best customers service I’ve had."
"Steak and Bacon grilled cheese was really good. It's relatively new on the menu. Chili cheese tots as the side. Staff was friendly and the food came out quickly. Would recommend for you to try it atleast once."
"The establishment is nice and accommodating service for me is overall experience including food.. typical overpriced meal for what you get as everywhere else as far as fast food goes.. this time today I received bun with mold on it.. definitely was upset but to too far to go back to have it rectified .. Just moving forward don't think I'll be going back unless it's ice cream solely.. get it together or drop prices to match your service/product. Just my opinion"
