"Anyone experienced the new and improved drive-thru? Quite possibly the worst decision making ever. * How about for those just ordering drinks you have them on the outside lane only and run their order out to them? Then, and stay with me now, they can pull right out and leave. What you have now is lines criss-crossing by driving all the way around the building to get into the drive through line. Accident waiting to happen. It’s bedlam."
