"The first time I went in November 2023, it was a good experience. This time, the night started with a hair in my margarita. They remade the drink, but I originally ordered with sugar on rim instead of salt, and the remake came with salt. I opened my silverware to eat the salad, and both forks were dirty with old food stuck to the forks. I had the linguini with lobster and crab. I was just ok, lacked seasoning, and from previously have this dish, there was way too much liquid in bottom of plate."
"Great service, management, and attention to detail. I had come in prior and they were not able to do a live lobster because of cleaning the tank. Today I let the manger know in passing and he brought me an extra live lobster (for a total of two). On top of that every time we come the place is clean and the staff are helpful— and the food is great! Red Lobster has been my favorite popular chain restaurant since I was young. Going the extra mile today ensured many more years of patronage for my family and I. This location carries the legacy in excellence!"
"Our food was delicious! We have the Hand Breaded Calamari, and it was exceptional. Our entry was a shareable dish and was awesome. The service was friendly and quick. Overall, it was a great experience!"
