"Dirty filthy place just go in the bathroom so you got feces all on the toilet very bad experience the food's not even cooked properly plus let's just say that you order something like 11:00 it's not even cooked when they give it to you rude ignorant and belligerent people I recommend management going there and fire everybody and clean up that restaurant you probably got cockroaches too bad experience horrible"

"Honestly, I feel bad for the people that work here and anyone that has no other choice but to go here. It is clean... But so outdated. It's almost impossible to actually be fully clean. Who has a restaurant without a kids changing station. There's this out of order?! That's ridiculous. Whoever owns this restaurant needs to make several updates. The employees probably don't even have the right equipment to make the food the way that they should and so it's impacting the customer service. It took way too long for me to get my order with no one else in the building and only one person to drive through. And I don't think it was lack of trying."

"South Elgin on Sun Down, Never go to this Burger King! It’s the Worst Burger King ever! They never get your order right, so make sure to check everything before leaving the drive thru line.There’s a Hispanic lady that works in the morning at the drive thru window that has no customer service experience very mean and hateful. Never gets your order correct and if you ask for a manager she claims she’s the manager. I also tried calling the store and the number listed is out of service. I give this store a negative 10 rating."

"Ordered 2 double Sausage Croissants, knowing they should come with a hefty amount of egg as I've ordered them before. However, this time they had virtually nothing for egg. So I showed the sandwiches and asked to talk to the manager as I'd never see this person here before. She comes back and gave me a bag, which I though was new sandwiches, so I pulled forward, but it just had egg in it (see photo). As if I'm supposed to remake the sandwiches myself as I'm driving. I have my winter jacket on so I have big sleeves and could not reach into the bag. I guess she was expecting me to pour the egg out onto my dash making a huge mess and rebuild my sandwiches while still in-line before I pull out into the road. It really irritated me so went through the drive through again and returned the sandwiches. Would it have been too much for them to take back the sandwiches and rebuild/add the egg in their kitchen? This place is definitely going down hill. Half the time they are out of something whether it be cherry mix or Co2 for the soda, cups for the size drink you order, or the CC machine is down, or they are short staffed, etc. There is always some sort of problem at this location. The phone number in the Google listing is wrong, so I'm including a photo with the PH# from my receipt, which they didn't give me the first time through the drive through."

"They forgot my bacon melt told then they forgot it and gave me a spicy melt then got home realized they also forgot my nuggets. Tons of people waiting for orders some also left without their food. Only had one person making food and not prioritizing customers who ordered first. The Melt ain't even toasted and it looks like the onions were just thrown on there. Never coming to this one again."
