Buffalo Wild Wings

"I online ordered for my sauce on the side and ranch is INCLUDED! When you order wings or you can pick from ranch or blue cheese.. I ordered Garlic Parmesan and honey BBQ sauces for the side and I only got two ranch’s. The manager on the phone tried to then say “at least you got two ranch’s then nothing.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME! It’s Super Bowl Sunday!! She then offered to do half a return on my order. No. You are a facility known for your wings and wing sauce, I just got naked wings and offered half a refund. Absolutely not. I will be getting a full refund for this mess, as I asked her, “what? Am I supposed to just eat chips and queso with fries tonight?” Then had to demand a full refund, the bag was checked and initialed which I also stated to the manager but that is no excuse for their end to provide ranch on the side and try to use that as acceptable sauce for baked dry naked wings but not the actual sauce that was ordered, it’s there on the ticket in red ink on white paper."

"Food has changed here dramatically. Quality has gone way down. Host and server were less than stellar to work with. I ordered a chicken breaded chicken sandwich. I got a HUGE mountain of breading with very little chicken. It was awful. Skip this place."

"As the service industry has gone downhill since COVID, Buffalo Wild Wings is not immune. Unfortunately. One person's wings came out. 1 minute later everyone's fries. 5 minutes later the food for the rest of the party. Thought that was a bit odd that all the food didn't come out together. We ordered 30 boneless wings with 10 of one flavor, 10 of another, 5 of another and 5 of one more flavor. They all came on the same tray. 5 we could easily tell were one flavor but the other 10, 10 and 5 all looked the same and it was hard to tell which is which. Not sure what happened to the separate trays for each flavor. (See pic) We also needed to ask for plates rather than having them given to us. One positive thing to mention though. My wife got 9 drums and 1 flat with her order of wings. She asked for more of a mix and they brought here 6 flats at no charge. That was very nice."

"I took my students on a field trip here. A few of my students had never been to BWWs so the Amazing waitress, Shannon, set up a table complete with waters, sauces and fries for the kids to try. She never rushed my students and took the time to get to know them. The food was also amazing as well as the general manager, Ginny. We will definitely be back for another visit!"
