"If you get this store for door dash or any delivery service DO NOT take the order. They are delayed 10-15minutes every time, and have zero intentions of respecting the time of dashers. Please remove your service with door dash to better server your customers. Do better -10 stars, and I won’t be eating here either."

"Sat around for 15 minutes after pickup time waiting for order which I guess was sitting behind the counter. I'm not sure why they have the shelves for mobile orders if they don't use them. Anyway, obviously the food was all extremely cold by the time I got it and I got three kids meals which were supposed to come with drinks and chips and those were missing. Also the carne asada I ordered seemed extremely overcooked. I haven't been to this location for a few years because items were always missing from online orders and obviously things still haven't changed. By far the worst chipotle location I have ever visited. After a negative review, the owner refers you to a website to chat with an AI bot. Pretty sad response if you ask me. I can't wait for the day the manager and employees are also replaced with AI robots. Maybe then they will finally be able to get an order right."

"When we walked in I thought this is by far the most disgusting Chipotle I have ever been too. There was not a clean surface anywhere, including the checkout counter. We had ordered our burrito bowls on the app for pickup. We checked the order before we left and the bowls were literally half full. (See pic). So we asked for them to be made correctly. Get them back and then they are still made incorrectly, with my bowl missing sour cream and salsa verde. Which I had to go get at the counter as well. How can you miss 2 items entirely on a bowl you already messed up the 1st time? Completely awful experience. Don't waste your time or money. Drive down the road to the next Chipotle."

"I wish there was another location close to me. This one was awful today and according to the previous reviewer this isn't the first time. 1) my pick up order wasn't ready at 830 despite the order for 8:20. I get they were short staff but they should have the ability to turn off online ordering. 2) absolutely disgusting in there. I couldn't get all the pics because I had my daughter. But let me tell you. Gross! 3) they were out of SEVERAL key items. I believe the girl in front of me left due to their lack of items. I almost left but I had limited options at the time."

"Do not dine in at this place! It is much more filthy than the pictures show. They were out of tissues. They were out of majority of the food items, which is fine if only they inform you before you order. And with whatever they had, they gave little portions that filled the bowl to just over half. The staff did not seem to care. No more Chipotle, certainly not the one in Chipotle. I hope there is a surprise FDA inspection to the kitchen. I would not be surprised if that is filthy too."
