"Jamie, the manager, did a great job! Friendly and patient took his time helping me order. My order was made with right portion size, warm and tasty."
"We've had the same mixed experience here that others have. Often closed during regular hours with a sign that they are short-staffed. Sometimes dining room is closed; must use drive-thru even during the day. Often short on inventory. On a recent trip, they had no forks available even behind the counter. Had to use a spoon on our cheesy potatoes. On another recent trip, two of the beverage lines on the self-serve dispenser were marked out-of-stock. That said, our food has been prepared accurately and with generous ingredients most of the time. We use the self-serve ordering kiosk because it shows items you might not know about otherwise. And you may choose for it to only display vegetarian items. That's how we learned about the yummy Power Menu Bowl that comes with black beans!"
"Please shut this place down. Mexican pizza was fried in bad oil and made me vomit in half an hour. Manager wanted to argue that the oil is clean. Owner of this place needs to be ashamed of not being able to improve this place over the years. You don't hold back on charging the higher end of price range for all the items but serve garbage to your customers. I have been avoiding this place every chance I get. People need to find a better TB nearby and go there instead of this garbage place."
"They usually run out of items like Mexican Pizza, lines are slow, and they SEVERELY short you on meat in the tacos. Its ridiculous. I dont like eating a taco consisting of 95% cheese and lettuce. EDIT: Go to the McClean location earlier in the day, later in the day it is not run very well anymore. No competence from the kid who works at night. Your actually better off going to the St. Charles location, especially if its past 3PM."
"This is a grilled cheese and steak burrito. Paid $10 for this a a taco- there is one piece of steak. Food is ice cold. Took a bite into cheese and sour cream. Had to actually open it to see if there was any meat on it. This was disgusting. The fountain drink tasted like the lines are bad. Can’t even drink it. Do better. Won’t go back here"
