"I had ordered a chocolate chip brownie blizzard just for them to give me a plain vanilla blizzard with three pieces of chocolate and no brownie."
"My husband and I tried the mix-in cheesecake shakes and I can say with no doubt that it was the most disappointing and disgusting thing ever. From the beginning the shake was runny, the was no trace of Oreo’s anywhere, and when my husband got to the bottom of the cup there was something that tasted like spoiled milk and rotten. I thought it could’ve been the cherry but when I scooped from the bottom of my cup it tasted even worse. I understand we got there 30min before closing time but I still don’t think it’s acceptable serving something that’s expired or that’s just taste wrong."
