"I went through the drive throw at 5:50 PM and there was no sweet tea. I live in Brennan Texas I will never come to this Burger. King ever again and I'm always in Katy for business. I am the customer relations officer for Ford."

"Yesterday evening went to Burger King to eat purchased a DBL meat meal got in my car to head home driving unwrapped burger began to eat took a couple of bites before turning on the dome light in the car and seen this which I immediately turned around and took it back to manager which she addressed the cook that prepared this burger with no apparent idea that the bun was rotted, I wonder how many other burgers were sold to people like this. It's sad that these large companies are more concerned about raising prices rather than making certain that the food being sold isn't spoiled. No one from Burger King even bothered to get back to me after sending a email to corporate. I'm just upset because I was hungry and received this."

"Today I went in the morning to buy breakfast but seeing that the heating is not working just like yesterday it was very cold, I couldn't stay for breakfast with my children. It's colder inside than outside. I hope the corporation can see this and pay more attention to customers. You can't eat there."

"I live around the corner from burgar king on Fry rd. HOUSTON TX .Burgar King has always been my favorite fast food place until tonight Jan 7 2024.I worked a 10 hr shift .I was Very tired .I chose burgar king out of all the restaurants I could have went to.I bought 2 whopper combos requested by my son.When I get home hoping for a hot meal , Let me Reminder you all, I live around the corner. I bit into my burgar.No season and It's cold.The bun was cold , the meat was cold.The paper was not even warm ,but my fries were hot.The coldest and nastiest I ever tasted.I waited over 30 minutes in the line for a cold burgar that tasted pre made.why? Spent almost $30 .I have never experienced this at any burgar king.So now I will not be returning. I am just one customer. But if you continue to serve bad quality, I'm sure you will lose many more.I hope the corporate office is reading these reviews because you burgar king and owners will lose money if you lose customers.Look at long john silver and churches along with other failed business. Yall better starting thinking about your customers.i am highly disappointed."

"This location is ok. Sticky tables but the food was good. The decor inside was very beautiful. Love the updated look. The bathrooms need improvement and cleaned more often. It was mid day and they were nasty. Also, attention to details need to be stressed. They will make or break a great experience."
