"Son’s 1 Birthday is coming up… go to party city for the Paw Patrol Themed Party. My order the alone is over 100.00 but they didn’t have everything I wanted so I placed an order online. Order balloons in the store and asked for the pickup and she said they don’t do it. ONLY to see it sent to me on an email. Go back to the store and asked why couldn’t I get it she said because she would have to re-ring everything. But back to the decor. Got one too many table decorations so I try to return the one from the store and keep the two from the online order. The clerk rudely told me that I can’t return it because it is open. Photo attached on the staple coming undone but EVERYTHING is still attached NEVER opened. And tried to say it isn’t open the receipt… and it’s attached in the photos below that is was. It’s okay it’s just 8.00 I just but next time I’ll take that 8.00- and the other funds I spent to another company."
"They have a pretty big selection of party items in a ton of different colors. The only problem I have is everything seems pretty high price. Plan ahead and order online to save yourself some money."
