"Horrible customer service. I can see they’re busy, but customer service is key. I push the red button and it’s been 7 mins and noons has even acknowledged that I’m here. Atleast acknowledge that the red button works. Just horrible customer service."
"This Sonic consistently delivers food that’s wrong. They brought me the wrong burger (no cheese as ordered) and a slush instead of cherry limeade. I pushed the button, explained the situation and AGAIN they brought me the wrong stuff. When I got the correct drink, it was all ice and about 2 sips worth of drink. I used to work at Sonic years ago and getting food right isn’t rocket science."

"I visit this location regularly usually ordering on the app and have never had any issues. Thank you to my carhop for being friendly at 10pm on a Saturday night! I'm only posting this review because I ordered the chicken strip dinner and received insanely thin chicken strips... taste is 10/10 for every part of the meal, but what happened to the big strips that used to come with the dinner????"
