"i normally love this taco bell, they consistently get my order correct while the annie glidden location messes it up every time, which is why they get two stars. unfortunately i had a terrible experience with one of the employees this past week. i did a mobile order, when i got to the store the employee told me they were out of one of the items i ordered. i asked if they were able to refund me for the one item or cancel the order. she said no since it was a mobile order, which is understandable, so then i asked how to go about getting a refund. the entire time she spoke to me condescendingly saying she couldn’t do it. i work in customer service and i understand they deal with disrespectful customers all the time, but i just calmly asked for a refund on the item they didn’t have. i left with no food, feeling embarrassed about the way she spoke to me. i ended up having to message taco bell on twitter to get a refund."
"I used to go to that Taco Bell on Annie Glidden and Lincoln Hwy but, since Yolanda left, everything went down but the prices. My last 4 orders were screwed. Days ago I stopped at this one on DeKalb Ave and it was a good experience. The attendant was so nice, patient and friendly. Our order was exactly what we expected and fast. I'll go back."
"I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for several years and I always see the coolest employees, even on Night Shift. I’m one of their regulars and say it proudly! Obviously Taco Bell is what it is for the quality but the management seriously knows what they’re doing. I can only think of ONE time in the 900 nights I’ve eaten here where they made a mistake on my order, which is almost too good to be true. I could keep giving praise but this review’s already long enough"
"Ordered a #2, got the tacos and they were not supreme. No big deal so I took them back up to get the right ones. They claimed that I did not specify I wanted supreme... even though a #2 clearly states it.. I wouldn't have even posted this except for the person being extremely rude about it."
