"I compared washer and dryers at several different businesses. Sherman’s prices were very comparable. The deciding factor was the warranty which stated on the floor display 5 year warranty. Plus they offered $200 gift cards for Black Friday. When making the final arrangements of purchasing the appliances, the 5 yr warranty had to be purchased separately and the gift cards were for shopping at Sherman’s only. This was disappointing and I feel misleading. After talking to the sales representative, he offered free delivery and installation. I’ve bought other appliances in the past and was very satisfied. I did feel their warranty was a better warranty than the 5 year warranty offered by their competitor. The Sherman’s warranty was a 3 yr for the same price as the competitors for 5 year. Due to past experiences, I stayed with Sherman’s. I have to say it was an interesting beginning."
"Once the oven was finally available, the service was excellent! Delivery and instructions helped. Then finally after I had electric and floor adjustments made, a man named Austin installed the complicated oven. He was really wonderful! Thank you, Sherman’s!"
