And yet today I received the 573948474747478448th call , and I kindly told the girl I no longer have them and she got an attitude and hung up on me. I called back various times and kept getting put on hold because she knows I was going to tell her something. This place had employees with no manners and I’m tired of them calling me!!! STOP CALLING ME!"

They are manipulating the elderly to change their insurance policies with the promises of lower insulin prices, lying that their doctors/ surgeries would not change even with a different insurance company. They are the definition of over promising and under delivering. After noticing the change in my grandparents insurance, we called concerned and it was met with hostility. We have to reschedule a surgery and have been notified by the doctors that they do not take the new insurance and will not be able to see them anymore."
