"Their hours aren't the best especially if you work up 8 to 10 hours a day and that wouldn't be an issue if you could just call him and alter your policy and make payments on mine or handle policy alterations over the phone like almost any other insurance company but for some reason they don't let you and they make it to where you have to come in to alter your policy. For someone like me where I work so much that is almost impossible and I've been trying to find time to come and make these alterations so I can get my car reg istered but because I don't have the time and because they won't allow me to do it online or over the phone it's pretty much led to where I can't renew my registration without missing work just so I can go over there and tell them to add my car back on to the insurance"
