"I been with this agent for about 10 yrs and I needed to add a new car to the policy. They said ma’am will call you back 5 hours later I called them back and they said sorry we were going to call you ... they wanted to charge me like 350 because I was making a change to my policy.. what!! Seriously I got quoted from different insurance companies and no one will charge me this much to start my Auto insurance! And now I get a letter telling me my insurance went up for my liability! And I can’t even talk to the agent Mario de la Pena because his not available!!!!! I need to talk to the rude staff he has !!"

"This agent is fraudulent. I relocated from a job and had to change my bank info. It didnt occur to me that my payments from a bank account i closed affected my term life insurance monthly premium payments. I got an email from Mario stating that this is the 3rd notice of failure to pay my monthly premiums even when it was my first notice. I made multiple attempts to call him but his staff took my number down and said Mario will call me when he returns to the office. He never called. I recently got a notice from Mario's office that my policy grace period has expired because payments have not been received and that my coverage is no longer in force. This is despite my numerous attempts to contact Mario. I sense he/they (farmers) wanted my policy to expire. Not sure why they allowed my policy expire when all that was needed was a new payment info. It saddens me because this feels fraudulent but warning. Dont deal with Mario/ He lacks dignity and isnt honest.."
"The service from this agent is so bad!! My car insurance kept increasing every year. Home insurance jumped more than twice within a year. I called them. They either said there is nothing i can do, or there is a national or state-level increase. One guy said i will contact Farmers and then get back to you. But they never got back to me! The worst service i ever met I used to like Famers a few years ago. but now, the worst insurance ."
