"I honestly would not even give 1 star. But there's no place for for 0 stars. My husband brought an air compressor. Got it home and did not work. Returned it and was told that they charge a restocking fee. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS TO CHARGE CUSTOMER'S A FEE ON SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T WORK. GOOD LUCK IF ONE BUYS IT!!"
"Bought a jumppack and within 22 days it began malfunctioning. Went in for a replacement. Didn't have my hard copy receipt but had the exact transaction number and my CC I bought it with and they didn't honor their warranty/replacement. They lie about their return/warranty policy so buyer beware."
"I am a regular customer. Today I am very disappointed. I purched a jack and thier was one for 20% off because of the opened box. I asked to get that one, but a cashier told the manager it was being held for someone. The customer had not paid for the item and not in the store. I asked the manager how could it be held without payment and the customer in the store? She replied " She didn't know" . #HarborFrieght I only gave 2 stars because I was greater by the male cashier and he was very nice."
"The gentleman working at the showed me where the item I was looking was located. And the cashier turned me onto more savings by joining the club. And I got a free bucket. And plan on buying a floor jack next week. I love this place!"
