"Ordered two pairs of jean online and had them shipped to home. They did not fit so I went in store to exchange. Girl at counter was rude very uninterested in her job. Told me one of them was out of stock and did not offer any sort of different pair instead, just “refunded me” then for other pair, she said I could have them shipped to my house but said she had to do the refund for both pairs of pants and then charged me again. I did not get the refund and the pair of jeans she ordered were not anything like the pair I had. She said they had them in stock and was just sending a smaller pair. Impelerles different style. I will never ever shop holister again"
