"I have loved this location for years. The food is always good, hot, and fresh. The men that work there are friendly and always give a lot of hot sauce when you ask for it. But my 3 stars are based purely off the little girl at the drive through window who has absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and a bad attitude. Baby get a new job!! If you don’t like working the drive through then get out of the food industry. She’s rude at the speaker, she’s rude taking your payment, and she’s rude when you ask for any condiments. Do you expect customers to return if you act put out doing YOUR job? You have lost a customer. I would rather drive all the way to Haltom City than come back and give you my money."

"In general the food is okay. I live about a two miles away from the restaurant. I only discovered it over the summer. I thought I would go there more frequently. I recalled after today's visit why I don't. They are Unforgivably SLOW. I was the only customer and I waited over 10 minutes for my order. Also their fries are horrible. It's like they've taken frozen fries dumped them in oil just long enough to barely cook. They aren't salted or seasoned. They're are simply terrible. I went back knowing there would be awake even though once again I was the only person in the drive-thru. I ordered onion rings as a side to my comp meal. I was charging extra $0.89 for the onion rings and I received a total of six for the order. I don't know why I keep going here. I suggest everyone stay away. The one on Pipeline is slightly better."

"Love Lisa’s, but THIS location? Where do I start. I truly didn’t want to leave ANY stars. Chicken was dry and salty. Rolls were hard and cold. Fried pickles were soggy and extra salty with a touch of heat/spice/pepper. I don’t know if they’re a franchise or if they have different owners at the different locations. But sheesh, I was so hungry that I couldn’t be angry enough to drive 20 minutes BACK to have them taste the box of salt they sold me. If you’re a smoker, you’re hitting the right spot. Your taste buds won’t know any better. If you’re not, take the extra travel time and go to the one on 28th Street & Braswell drive close to 35W or to the one off Western Center Blvd. & 35W. One & done with this location. Those are my 2¢."

"Love this place! In fact, my wife and I go out of our way to get to this location. Excellent chicken tenders and fried shrimp. Prices are competitive, food quality is consistently great, and what I like best is the service. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they always seem appreciative. Since I am disabled, some places are hard for me to get in and out of, but this location is easy. And by the way, the restroom is easily accessed, too. I'll be back soon. Highly recommended."
