"My experience at this Dunkin wasn't a good one. I usually don't post negative reviews, but I ordered a cold brew and 2 sausage egg and cheese wraps. The wraps were as hard as cardboard and looked burnt. When you are paying as much as we are nowadays, you expect that someone who knows what they are doing, can push the start button for the correct amount of time. I usually get great service at this location, but today it didn't happen. Will"

"If I can give no stars I would. They are so rude and disrespectful. The coffee was supposed to be fresh supposedly but it was definitely not. It had a burnt taste to it and was cold. Looks like they don’t understand fresh. They need to do a refresher course for customer service and to explain simple words like fresh! I would never come back and if you can avoid it I would recommend you do. Good luck"

"I was there at 1:30 p.m. First of all, the lady taking our order gave us the incorrect item. Didn't notice until we were home. Smh Then the cup of hot chocolate smelledhad a smell of cheap hand lotion and urine. Come on, people, wash your hands and then put gloves on. It's actually that easy... I'll be making my own hot chocolate from now on. So disgusted threw my hot chocolate in the trash. Ladys, at this place, definitely do not wash their hands ."

"The kids that work here just stare at you and ignore you until you say something to them. They just hand you food through the drive thru like you have two heads without saying a thing. Super weird and socially awkward. Cannot believe they handed me an iced matcha latte like this. These other reviews are completely correct too. Just avoid this location."
