"Ordered through the app and I walk in 5 min later and it’s still not ready. Hire more people to work. I get handed a bag with my donut and when I get home I look inside the bag and the free hash browns aren’t inside the bag. This location is horrible with customer service they try to multitask all the time and it gets them no where. If you want good service do not come to this location"
"The people working at about 10pm are incredibly slow . Why? I don't know but people put with it . I will start buying coffee at another location. Wating 10 15 minutes for coffee is ridiculous"
