"I waited over 30 minutes for two smoothies today as well as everyone else in line. Came in at 12:30 and left after 1pm. The girl at the register was nice and polite but there was no sense of urgency. She kept taking orders instead of making a couple of orders at a time. The guy in the back seemed to just help clean and make food at a very slow pace. For the price I pay for a smoothie I expected better service. I understand being short staffed but this was very badly managed and run at the busiest hour on a Saturday afternoon."
"I should have first taken a picture of the really well packed, circularly laid out fruits in the Açaí bowl with mango that was put together by Maria. I had used the app to place the order on weekend for future pickup at noon. Not only was it on time it was cold and super well laid out. Well done Maria!!"
