"Really great baristas that seem to enjoy their customers, coworkers, and job! That makes for a pleasant environment. The drinks are consistently good. However, the bento box was a bit on the skimpy side, and I feel like the quality has dropped. The turkey pesto provolone on ciabatta was mostly ciabatta."
"The male worker at 5pm June 25 was rude. I understand he mighta been having a bad day but not serving customers in correct order and that people can see he was bosun visibly frustrated ain't great."
"The barristas here are usually nice always get my order right. But still a hit or miss here. I was told today very rudely I have to tell the barista I want to use my points before putting my order. I’ve never had a problem before no one has ever told me this. I told the lady making my drink thank you twice did not look at me. Very disappointing"
"Food was good but service was not. I asked for a receipt but did not receive it. I asked again once my order was complete but wad told it was too late because another order had been placed. There were receipts on the register from previous orders but was told my receipt was not among them. How could this be? Then the one that could my orderctold the server, "she didn't ask for one" which was not true. So I guess I have to shout next time to be heard."
"Starbucks is located inside Target. Overall good customer service and coffee is prepared as ordered. Waiting at times gets a bit chaotic since the space is small and very busy."
