Taco Bell

"Cleanest restaurant in Mt Vernon. I'm not usually a big fan of Taco Bell. I was very pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in the door. The staff was friendly. The lobby was clean. The food was great. Phenomenal restaurant, and my new standard for which all Taco Bells will be judged."

"This taco bell is horrendous and their workers have zero customer service don't come here if you want all the food you paid for and then to have them tell its your fault it wasn't in the bag. The workers have zero etiquette on how to apologize for mistakes they made and instead accuse the customer wrongly. There is another taco bell on the other side go there."

"If I could leave negative stars I would. Second in line at the drive thru they kept telling us 10 mins then another 10 mins. It’s called fast food for a reason. Y’all are losing money every second hire more help or close your doors. The other places around yall are doing much better time wise. If you guys are going to charge more now for the same food at least keep it good and fast like before. Now it’s more expensive and more waiting"

"Had two separate orders one was supposed to have soft tacos no lettuce in them wound up getting hard tacos with lettuce second order was supposed to was supposed to have a burrito Supreme and taco meal all chicken and add onions wound up getting no onions taco was beef and no onions then lady started arguing with us about the order."

"Ordered 3 soft tacos and 2 chips and cheese. Oh, and a Baja Blast Freeze, but of course, that flavor was not working, which is just unbelievable that that particular flavor is always broken at every location across the US. I am giving 2 stars because the employee was friendly. But I paid $1.89/ea for the chips, and they literally smelled horrible and one bag only had a few crumbs! The amount of chips we got all together should have been one serving worth. We should have taken Jeff’s advice and gone across town to 10th St, but their rating is only a 3.7. Just pitiful."
