"I've never been more disappointed. Our waitress was SLOW! it took over 40 minutes for me to get my drink. After being told everything I asked for was out of stock. The entire restaurant was disgusting. They had to clean a table so we could be seated. Our server was asked multiple times for silverware so we could eat the extra dry cold food we were brought. Other customers were going to the bar to get their drinks because our server wasn't showing up"
"We sat at the bar. We were traveling. The service was worse than any time in my memory. The TVs were so loud that I couldn't talk to my husband sitting next to me. I used the restroom. The toilet paper wouldn't roll/turn, and the paper towel dispenser was empty. I was so happy to leave, even though it took way longer than we had planned. Now we are running late to our next destination."
