"I’m almost positive it’s the general manager I keep having encounters with. She is very rude , I give chance after chance because this is my local Burger King. I’ve been living in the area for about 18 years now. She has the worst customer service. She is not polite. The food lately has been so off. I asked to have a whopper remade because it had an excessive amount of salt and pepper on the patty & again I’m met with attitude. If you hate your job lady just say that. I’m not super picky but it was literally not edible. Also I have social anxiety I always go thru drive thru never inside. Today I had to use the restroom so I went in, and as I’m walking out I hear “ restrooms are for customers only “ I said I’m sorry I don’t order inside I use the drive thru. She repeated again bathrooms are for customers only. It’s sad because she is literally the one I see everytime. She’s the face of the store and that’s horrible."
"The updated Burger King Lockport has needed for so long is finally here! Having been to this burger king many times before when it was in its decrepit state, I can say with confidence that this new design is much cleaner and nicer; not to mention the new management is finally up to par and the food is hot and fresh! Come give it a try!"
