"First time here. Excellent service & food. I have a shrimp allergy and the owner came over to the table to let me know that the hot & sour soup had fish stock in it and he kindly made a substitution, but it was still delicious. The entrees were full of fresh vegetables and cooked perfectly. Please try, I don't think you will be disappointed! Will definitely be back."

"I typically don’t leave reviews because more often than not the reviews by the masses show an accurate representation of the place of service. Needless to say I was excited to try Zaap Zaap Thai, but I didn’t expect to be impressed beyond the 4.6+ stars, and I was absolutely blown away. The Tom Kah soup was deliciously balanced between spice, acid, and earthiness. The pad Thai is the best I’ve had in a VERY long time. The iced Thai milk tea was a sweet and refreshing palate cleanser. If I could give the family and restaurant more than 5 stars I would. My wife and I are moving to Ohio in a couple of weeks and we are so disappointed that we waited this long to try their delicious food. We will absolutely be back before we leave."

"I ordered take out and placed my order for their Pad Thai with pork. It wasn't good at all and I ended up throwing it away. The pork and noodles were both over cooked and the sauce was sweet. There was no spice to the dish whatsoever. Maybe they were having a bad day because this place has so many 5 star reviews."

"Fresh and tasty! The papaya salad was tasty, there weren't any green beans in it, but it was still delicious. Loved the fried tofu and the tasty sauce. They are generous with the peanuts, which to me, makes it extra tasty. The red curry was delightful, fragrant and warming. I will definitely be back! The service was fast and friendly too! Casual atmosphere, everyone that came through seemed very happy!"
