McDonald's Palatine-O’Keefe Family Restaurants 1576 North Rand Road, Palatine, IL 60067

"Most unfriendly and unprofessional McDonald’s around. The staff was extremely rude when I placed my order. I asked for a regular cheeseburger and the cashier said they don’t offer that and I had to pay for the one that cost $12. My sister stepped in and insisted on a regular cheeseburger, which was only three dollars and only then, he said she could order it. The cashier also told my sister there wasn’t a six piece nugget she had to get the 10 piece. Since there is no drink station, you have to ask for refills from the cashier. When I asked the cashier for a refill with more ice, she rolled her eyes and said, “you have ice in your cup”. Also, one of the ladies that works here was visibly vaping in front of the customers. When we were about to leave I asked another woman for a coke refill. The cashier that told me I already had enough ice in my cup says to the other employee, “OMG, what does she want now?” Although it was a clean McDonald’s, we won’t be returning due to the lack of customer service."

"Waited in the outside drive through lane for ten minutes, all the while the team member on the other line kept telling us to “wait.” Meanwhile, the other lane let three cars through. I didn’t have time to keep waiting and had to drive off. If you’re looking for a drive through stop for McDonalds, keep driving. Wish I did instead of wasting my time."

"There are three drive through windows here and they are pretty convenient. The first we got our receipt (we had a mobile order), the second window we got our drinks, and the third we got our food. The staff was very polite. I'd stop at this location again."
