"Mango Pomelo Sago smoothie was tasty. Right balance of flavors. To my delight, they also sell many made in Japan desserts including chestnut cakes. I was happy with the chestnut cake which you can’t get anywhere else unless you drive to a Japanese grocery store or plan a trip to an Asian bakery that sells it."
"This review is for the drinks. I have not had the chance to try the waffles. To clarify, this place is not hot and there is no smell. I’m pretty sure that was a fake review. As for the prices, it’s within the usual price range. More or less. I drink boba often so I know the price range. If you add toppings, it’ll cost you like an extra $1 per topping. If the drinks are too sweet, you can adjust the sugar level. I usually do 50% and it comes out just right. You can also adjust the ice level. I do light ice. There is seating inside and it’s very clean. The employee was very amicable. Ample parking in front of the shop. They have a large variety of drinks so I would come here again. I took a picture of the menu. Just zoom in with your phone. -Lovebirds tea with Viet coffee and tapioca 4/5 - a little too bitter -Handcraft garden milk tea 5/5. I loved the Oreo cheese foam."
"The milk tea here is the best I have ever tasted. The strawberry yogurt ordered by the children is 50% sugar, with just the right sweetness. The cotton candy here is a big one, worth buying, and I will definitely come back again！！！"
