"I place an online order for a DBL QPC DLX and a 10 piece nuggets. I walked over there about 5 min walk from work and picked up my food and walked out, when i arrived to work the nuggets were old and the burger was a missing a patty. I walked back, explained the situation and was comped a new order. When i arrived back to work the Nuggets were better but the sandwich was horrible. Burnt to a crisp and crunchy as hell. I wouldn't recommend this mcdonalds, the service is ok but the overall satisfaction from this customer is not good. I will be certain to take my business elsewhere. Beware people, my stomach is still upset from this poor quality experience. Maybe just a water next time."
"It took 40min to get through the line outside and then they messed up the order and somehow they seem to have missed 3 quarters of the burger with the sauce… I didn’t want a seasoned box with a burger that looks like a hockey puck with nothing on it, for a $5 burger at least you could put the sauce on the burger and not the container Also nice touch with the nothing on the chicken sandwich it’s nice to know that mc Donald’s is now making everything plain"
"Missing an order of fries and my burger came out of the bag half squashed and hanging out of the box (see photo). They had me park and wait for my drive-thru order and didn’t bring my drinks. The employee went back in and brought them to me once I told her they were missing. I didn’t check the bag until I got home. I guess I should have. The whole purpose for using the drive-thru is because I didn’t have time to stop for food elsewhere. I’ll remember not to return to this location again."
"Ordered a big mac meal..fries were cold, big mac was cold and missing a patty. Just slopped it together. also ordered a four piece chicken nugget and was missing a nugget. How disappointing.Tried calling and no answer. Poorly managed McDonald's and I recommend avoiding this one."
