"Tim is an incompetent sorry excuse for a manager, is constantly rude to customers, and shows clear nepotism to his daughter who he has working there as a manager, at least that’s how it was the last time I was there, if this business has any sense about it, they would get rid of this man, who looks like he’s more than 1 foot in the grave, Oh YEAH, if you’re thinking of eating here, let me tell you, they use old dough, they leave it out for it to get hard, and they still use it, DISGUSTING! I REALLY HOPE THIS BUSINESS GETS WHAT IT DESERVES AND GETS SHUT DOWN AGAIN, THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE"

"Employees were using the register and going straight to preparing pizza dough, NOBODY washes their hands in between or had hair covers. No sanitation training at all! Gross will NEVER GO BACK. If health department pop in they will fail"
"Ordered online tonight (5/19/23), showed up towards the end of the window given for pickup, and found the store was operating on a single employee, who was understandably behind schedule. He was friendly and apologetic that it would be a bit longer than quoted. My order took maybe 10-15 minutes longer to have ready to roll, no biggie, but when I got home, I discovered what hands down has been the best quality food I have ever had from any Papa Johns anywhere. I am sorry I never got the employee's name, but he is a freaking rockstar and has my thanks!"
"I had to place my order through doordash even though I’m 2.8 miles away from this location but that wasn’t an issue. I ordered a pizza and garlic knots and somehow from this Papa John’s location to my house, the garlic knots came up missing via doordash delivery. We called this location, the young man who personally packed my order ended up answering the phone and confirmed that he did bag the garlic knots along with the pizza. Even at no fault of his own or this location, he went ahead and sent us another fresh batch of garlic knots & even gave us a courtesy call to let us know that it was on the way. The garlic knots arrived warm and in a timely manner. Superb customer service. I regret not getting the man’s name but this took place the night of Fri 1/20/23 around 11pm. Awesome staff and great customer care!"
