"We had Exceptional service!!!!! Crystal is An Amazing Manager! I can regonize this bc I gave 30+ years to the restaurant ❤❤business!! Keep up the Good work!!! The restaurant was VERY CLEAN & the staff was efficient! They still have the Jamoca shake, but not the choc fudge cookies. However, she described the salted caramel chocolate chip well & I almost got a dozen. But, I got turnovers instead. We sat where we saw an awesome Sunset!! And, made me miss home for the Best of the Sunsets!! ❤ We'll be back soon even if for just desserts!!!!"

"This Arbys is the worst. Served me a cold fish sandwich that was not fully cooked. As soon as I took a bite, I knew it was sitting there for awhile. Middle was ice cold. Rather than risk food poisoning, I opted to throw it out. When I asked for Arby’s sauce for the fries I was told, “they were out.” Then, when I went to fill my drink in lobby, I was told the soda machine was turned off and they would refill it. Why would you turn the soda machine off when guests are in the lobby? The absolute last straw for me is when they locked us in the lobby at 5pm. No one was in the parking lot at the time. It made me extremely uneasy to be locked in the restaurant for no apparent reason. Lobby closes at 10pm so why are you locking us in at 5pm? Something doesn’t add up here. I filled out a corporate complaint but nothing will be done about it per usual."

"For $14, I guess I would like my sandwich to not be sloppily thrown together with not enough lettuce and drowning in sauce. Love Arby’s in general but this one in particular is not the best. Granted it was the lunch rush but when I pulled up there was only one person in front of me in line and it took ten to fifteen minutes to get my food."

"Rang me up for a sandwich I didn't order them only gave me one pack of bronco berry sauce when I ordered an 8 piece popper Then I asked for more and he only wanted to give me one more so two sauce packs for 8 peppers. I paid over $30 for 2 to dine just to be shorted out on sauce"

"Arrived at 8:30 pm to grab carry out and was met by locked doors despite the hours posted saying dine in and drive through was open until 10. Ordered chicken sandwiches and had to wait almost 20 minutes for them. Got home and started eating and found out that one of the sandwiches was raw in the middle! Not just undercooked, but raw. Was never given a receipt for my order. Definitely will not be back."
