"Steak was super small and overcooked Busser put his hands with blue gloves on my my head and over my table while my family and I were eating dinner. Also had headphones in clearly not paying attention to what he was doing"
"This is my favorite place to eat! My wife and I eat here occasionally on date nights. We ALWAYS have EXCELLENT service and absolutely PERFECTLY cooked food. First, huge shout-out to whoever prepared my perfectly cooked sirloin this evening. Second, we had an amazing server, Warren, who was extremely friendly and very attentive. We never went thirsty or ran out of rolls or anything! GREAT JOB!! and lastly, I asked to speak with a manager to tell them about our great experience with Warren. Manager SJ was amazing to talk with and share our wonderful night! This is by far the friendliest and best tasting restaurant anywhere close to home. We live approximately an hour away but try to eat here whenever we come to Fairview to shop or see movies or anything. GREAT JOB WARREN, SJ, and to ALL the staff here!! Never a bad meal, and never bad service. Keep it up everyone!!! Excellent crew!!"
"I absolutely loved the grilled chicken special. It was moist and not overly seasoned. Along with a generous chicken breast, I got to choose 2 sides. I couldn't believe a salad was one of the choices. Usually, a salad is an upgrade. All this was only $12.99. Lindsay, the waitress, was so accommodating and personable. Everyone was very attentive. Thanks for the experience."
"I had a great dining experience with this Texas Roadhouse location. My KC strip steak was ordered medium rare and cooked as ordered. Everything was flavourful and delicious! Our waiter was excellent despite the restuarant being fairly busy."
"It was a good visit,got to see the football game,had a good L.I.T and a pretty big steak..Porterhouse..sorry didn't take pics because I have been to the one in KCMO and didn't think it was gonna let me rate it here in Illinois//same,in for a game September 31,2023 had L.I.T and prime rib this time, had to send it back,but when it came back it was delicious"
