"Wow! Stopped in January 30th of 24. This place was night and day difference from coming in the past 2 to 3 years. Service was super fast, placevwas clean, condiments and tea was stocked. It was so much more professional than the past several times I've been in where I've witnessed people walking out because no one would come around the cooking area to take orders. Food quality had also taken a hit as well I spoke with Jen the current manager to show her my appreciation as I've basically stopped coming to the Collinsville restaurant. Jen credited her crew. In addition there were more people than I remember seeing in Collinsville Freddie's. I plan on coming back as it reminds me of how Freddie's was 4 to 5 years ago."

"I ordered a sundae with Cheesecake, Cookie dough, Pecans, and Brownies, and only got cheesecake and pecans. This was my first time getting ice cream from here and I won’t be back. I would post the receipt and the ice cream but I don’t see an option to do so."

"For the past year this place has gone down hill. Every once in awhile we go back because we love Freddy's and every time we leave disappointed. Tonight (11/8) we were assisted by a young gentleman named Chris in the drive thru. He was the only one of 6 employees that worked with a sense of urgency. Between taking orders and stocking ice, he eventually had to make our 2 shakes. That's all we ordered and yet we still had to wait 15-20 minutes watching only Chris work. At one point he yelled for help and no one batted an eye, no one came over to check on him. Both of our shakes were wrong and we can't even be mad because how hard he was working. Who knows if he was even trained to do them? Or correctly, given or past history with this place. It was so unfortunate and Chris deserves better. There is no job worth having to carry a team that doesn't work as hard. I tried calling the restaurant and it went to voicemail... I don't think it would matter speaking to the manager as they are obviously letting this slide. Also, don't even get me started on the employee who had his pants falling down his waist, where everyone could see his orange underwear. Completely unprofessional. I will not go back for a long time, not until I see feedback on how things change. It's a shame because this used to be one of our favorite spots."

"Customer service is great and quick! Tables are clean and so are the resrooms. Ice cream is one of the best and a side of fries, onion rings or cheese curds and you may be in heaven. The burgers are fresh and to die for! I mean Delicious. Chili cheese Cooney is top of the line, kid menu is one of the best with options and portions. Go have a Freddy's experience you won't forget it."
