"I feel like they may have rushed my pizza. I ordered it online for pickup and it said it would be ready in about 30 minutes on the tracker. In like 10-12 minutes, it was finished. I was thinking wow, that was quick. When I got home I noticed half was cooked great and the other half seemed thinner than the other. The toppings were falling off as I was picking up a slice from the thinner side. That pizza was just very lackluster."

"Seems like a lot of the negative reviews mention delivery. I can’t speak on that, since I pick up in person, but my order is always accurate and this location’s pizza always tastes better than the Glen Carbon location. And also my nearby Chicago location, in my experience. I wish I got his name, but noticed the same dude is working there whenever I go in, so he must have the magic touch. Give him more money, Papa John’s. Guy’s doing good work."
