"This location is terrible, everything is vastly overpriced. Rude employees and even ruder and ignorant managers. The whole shop is an exercise in bad middle managers acting like they are having a garage sale. No doubt thus store will close when the new one opens in westchase. Hopefully, Goodwill corporate will take that opportunity to purge the bad employees."

"Lots of clothing here. Isles of clothing are so close together that two people can't pass another. Changing rooms are just about private, only a foot of a gap on the bottom. Was very busy when I was here. Store could use a few more employees."
