"If I could give a negative 0. I would. You should never go to this place ever. I had an online order that was completely wrong. The drive through window had jokes. To even check the order was not done. To tell a customer certain items couldn't filled. not brought up. ask for Manager. nowhere to had. Interesting So please take my advice and never go to this Jack in the box ever."

"Their people are almost as bad as the food. Almost. Drive through line 5 cars long. Literally not moving for about ten minutes. Middle of the day. Walk up to the door.. No dine in service - see a guy walking around, he sees me, walks away. Finally get a guy at drive through to tell me "due to short staffing we can only do burgers and fries". Ok... Just craving some of the worst burgers in America anyway. Takes another 15 minutes and it's total trash. Jack is absolutely the worst. No wonder nobody wants to work here. AVOID!"

"Recomend not even trying to eat here! Cars parked around the building waiting on orders. Waited longer than 16 minutes for fast food in the lobby! Asked for refund and manager tried to get me to stay. I said no and that they are slow and unorganized with 5-6 people working. Manager said it takes time.. I said point of fast food is fast. Manager took another slow 2 minutes figuring out how to refund my order. Ridiculous!!! Go to Mcdonalds or Arbys in the area instead!"

"Every time I come to the location something is just not right. Yet once again I come I order 2 tacos neither of them have cheese on it. And then not to mention the staff and how rude there was one in particular staff member and her name is Lori. She is the one who took my order and was the one that also helped me once I got to the window. She was very rude not only to me but she was also very rude to another staff member in front of me. Honestly this location seems to never be able to get it together it should just close the quality of food and quality of staff is just not worth staying open."
