Hiko Japanese Steak, Sushi & Ramen

"Valentine's day was my son and I's first time here. He was craving sushi after school and it did not disappoint! The Holy Moly Roll was as good as it sounds and the staff were very nice! Thanks for a great, quick experience!"

"A friend took me to this Japanese restaurant and I was impressed with the friendly service and great Sushi. I ordered the Lava Roll ,(shown in the picture) which was stacked like a volcano; the sauce was not too hot. My friend ordered a very reasonable priced steak and rice lunch, and some crab Rangoon which were delicious. Nice parking as well. Will be back."

"So happy to have this caliber of sushi and Ramen east of the Mississippi River. Incredibly friendly staff, the owner even was making sure to talk to every table each time we visit. She's really good at remembering names. We will continue to visit, and always have an enjoyable meal. Oh, be sure to try the crab Rangoon too"

"We visited around 5 pm on a Thursday, and our party of three was seated immediately. Our server took our drink order and returned promptly to take our food order. We ordered the tempura shrimp and crab rangoon for appetizers, which arrived very quickly! I had the hibachi filet mignon, which came with veggies and rice. The other folks in my party had the pick two steak and shrimp. Everything was delicious and hot! I'm not sure why they asked how we wanted the steaks cooked because they all came out pretty well done. They were still tender and delicious. I forgot to get a picture before we took two of the crab rangoons!"

"Finally got to try it out tonight! We were quickly seated. Arrived for an early dinner to beat the rush. Glad we did. Went with the intention of sushi but watching several other plates come out made the decision challenging. Decided we'd stick with the sushi plan and come back for hibachi. The server was very attentive and polite. We ordered the Philly roll, the Caterpillar roll, The blues roll and the Chicken roll (minus cucumber). Our server apologized for taking a long time but I didn't feel like it was a super long wait since about every table was full. A few minutes later our meal arrived. If I'm being picky- the only thing I'd change is a bowl for soy sauce instead of the small appetizer plate they provided. We didn't ask for anything else. As polite as they were they'd probably bring one out. Having been in this building before with previous restaurants- they did a nice job painting it and making it feel more accommodating and comfortable. Parking is easy since it's in a shopping center. Will definitely return to try other menu items!"
