"Food was good. Service was not, what happened to people greeting you when they take your order? At least staying hi how are you today can I take your order and some eye contact would really make a difference.."
"Customer service can use some retraining. White Blonde haired girl was very rude & yelling at her employees. Concrete & burger were delicious. But the cheese curds were so salty I couldnt eat them. The Chili cheese fries are a total scam completely different from the picture. They put the cheese and chili in a tiny cup that doesn't even cover half the fries. And charging $8 for that should be a crime"
"Beware, it’s Culver’s practice if you don’t specify single double or triple burger, they automatically upgrade you to a double. When I asked why, I was told by the manager it’s to meet sales goals. As if they don’t already make enough money. The place was packed. That’s just greedy, they don’t even care if it’s a senior citizen. Sad for a major corporation."
"It should be a crime to label a pint as cookies and cream and the pint look like this. My mistake. I'll be buying Breyers from now on. Biggest pet peeve when buying custard is when they barely put any toppings in it."
