"Tried to go in store, but doors were locked without a sign saying so. This was at 5pm on a Friday. A person was in the lobby not dressed like an employee (maybe the manager?) they just laughed at us trying to get in, in the 10 degree weather."

"I placed a simple order while at the window. The guy said it would be 2 to 3 minutes. The boy at the window girl whatever it is gone tell me to pull up everybody in the drive-through get their food and pulling off while I’m sitting there waiting 7 to 8 minutes on my food after they stated it will be brought to me, when I go inside to get my food, don’t know what my order is it had to make it, so my food was never ready beyond unprofessional in the presentation of my food was trash and my drink taste like they don’t even clean they fountain machine. disgusting. I will not be back."

"My husband and I came here for lunch and whatever manager works here is absolutely horrible. The entire time we ate our meals all he did was yell at these poor employees. Even though he was in back we could hear everything he was saying to them. Another couple that was trying to enjoy their meal as well, you can tell was bothered by this. My husband and I ended up leaving cause if we had not left my husband would have confronted him. I had to finish my meal in the car. Needless to say I will NOT be going back there and someone needs to teach that man how to treat people!"

"Was at the drive thru . Had a hard time hearing the speaker. No chocolate frosty due to a broken machine. Then when I mentioned that they were hard to hear. Another female voice came through loudly and said what is with the attitude. Well now I have an attitude. I will not go there again. Recommend no one else does."

"If I could give this Wendy's minus 10 stars I would. I actually went into this facility to place my order today. Waited a few minutes before a VERY SLOW walking girl, who was.....less than enthusiastic to say the least, and clearly did not want to be there took my order. She didn't even say "can I help you". Took my order, and walked away. After looking at my receipt I noticed that I was charged thirty cents more for each of the Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe sandwiches I ordered- 2.69 per the sign in the store, however they rang up as 2.99. Asked the girl about the price difference. Said she didn't know, so I asked for the manager. His explanation was the price went up. OK, but the sign should be changed. According to him the sign can't be changed until an email is sent to them? Yet the register was changed for the price increase? When I opened the bag at home, so my husband and I could eat our lunch, we didn't even get the correct sandwiches. Jr cheeseburger deluxes, should have lettuce and tomatoe on it. I attached a picture of what we got. The buns were very dry and was cold. The fries were ice cold too. I live 2 minutes away. I was not about to go back to that horrible place to have it corrected. As it was, 2 people were there, who were already waiting 15 minutes for their food when I got there, and I waited about the same for my food. There was a puddle of soda on the floor in front of the counter, not cleaned up but with a "caution wet floor" sign by it. WORST WENDYS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! Word to the wise...DO NOT waste your time or money there."
