"N to the O!! I am warning all you people if you guys are wondering if their good to be booking flight tickets or anything, the answer is NO! They're full of scam who take your money out of your account without your permission multiple times.If I were you guys, I would find another flight to book tickets with. Once you book a flight you can't get your money back at all nor cancel your flight ticket with them. Some guys who would answer the phone calls would repeat their selfs multiple times and not let you talk PERIOD! They try to talk and seem as if they are the most amazing place to buy tickets from but in reality they are scammers. They literally took so much money out of my account, when they tried to take more my account didn't have any left for them to take. If I could give zero stars I totally would."

"Major scam. We booked with this company and tried to cancel our reservation after realizing we couldn't make the flight anymore. The representative told us we would receive a confirmation email and full credit for our next flight. We never received a cancelation email, and when we tried to book a new flight with our credit, we were told that the representative we were talking with no longer works there, that we no-showed to our flight willingly, and that there is nothing they could do for us..."

"This is a scam. All of the positive reviews have been posted in the same month. Do not book with them. We called and booked a flight, had to cancel it, we’re told we had credit for the flight and never got reimbursed instead we’re considered a “no show” to our flight that we called and canceled, and we never got an email confirmation to our canceled flight. We talked to “Danny Johnson” and “Kenny”. I NEVER write bad reviews but this has been the most awful experience ever and a COMPLETE scam."
