"Went on Sunday night 11/9 at 9p.m. The drive through guy taking the orders was to busy laughing with an employee so it took a good minute to even start my order. After ordering which the employees kept giggling though the mic I finally pull up to pay and the lady ask me “ what did I order”? What? I just got done ordering through the window but you were to busy giggling to remember what you put in the pos system 6 seconds ago? Worst customer service I’ve encountered maybe ever. On the plus the burgers were great but because of the customer service turns me to wanna go anywhere else."

"Service is sometimes slow but I think they've been understaffed those times. This is the best "fast food" around and the concrete mixers are always good. There have been a couple times where I ordered a mixer and received a shake. Other than that, good stuff."

"Culver's is such a great fast food place and in particular, I think they have top tier sides/appetizers aka the onion rings, fries, etc. Their chicken tenders are also solid and I'd get all those again."

"My husband stopped by the location Sunday morning and order two double cheese burger meals with bacon. When he returned home and we went to eat there was a long black hair in my box, which partly was stuck in the melted cheese and included even the person root attached. I was absolutely disgusted and wasn't going to eat it. My husband cut his burger in half to share since we didn't have any other food option at the moment. Then after I had take a few bites of my hamburger I noticed ANOTHER hair. (This is the second burger at this point This time it was half way smashed in the meat and half was out. It resembled a pube. I have pictures of both. At that point I become sick. We began to wonder if it was intentional since both burgers had hair in them. I didn't even want to drink my drink fearing what may be in it. Clearly proper hygiene is not being practiced at this location."

"Bought a single butter buger combo meal with an additional patty on the side. I received 1 patty with no bun. Paid for a meal and the additional patty to get this!! If you want repeat customers, you better get with it. I was in a hurry to work that day and could not go back to get it corrected. I will never recommend this location to anyone. Management even had no decency to get back to me in this regard. Signed, a very unsatisfied customer!! Thank you for your response. I am very disappointed by the fact that my meal that was completely wrong and was missing items. It was not offered to me in a coupon or credit.. I spent my money for some food that was wrong, and you just want me to write more reviews???? What about the food I actually paid for? Get it right and I might start buying from Culver's again. Horrible service from the employees as well as the store manager."
