"Stopped for dinner on the way to a friend's house in Burlington WI. Ordered on the app(like they wanted us to)in the restaurant and waited. Apparently, their computer system was down that night so we had to verbally repeat our order and wait another 10 minutes or so for a lackluster in-house Mickey D's meal."

"LONG WAY TO GO! they can't even make a shamrock shake. I got a vanilla shake with a blob of green in the middle. I went inside & asked them to blend it. They replaced it with another vanilla shake with a blob of green. THE WORST PART is that it is $5. for a small shake If you were writing a book on how to chase off customers, this place would be a great case study."

"Stopped by the drive thru to grab some food for the kids after a gas and carbon monoxide leak in the house, it was late about 10pm. We ordered and pulled up. First they brought out the happy meal, which was supposed to be a burger but was nuggets. The burger was in the bag they told us, along with all the other food. We pull off and discover the double cheeseburger has ZERO meat on it, the plain cheeseburger has everything on it and my daughters chicken sandwich was smashed and gross looking. We returned to the drive thru and were greeted with a horrendous attitude. The manager Alyssa basically told us it's not their fault because the staff is new. No responsibility for the people YOU trained. She refused a refund and refused to tell me the restaurant group or owners name saying she is new. She worked here before the remodel and certainly knows her employer being a manager."
