"Was debating on taking my 4 year old to the park or PlayPlace before leaving for work. Decided on the PlayPlace because he's never been and love McDonald's. Went and the PlayPlace was closed. On top of that, served us cold fries. Heard the server asking others "is there anything else you need?" but didn't ask me anything. I'm even more mad because it took me almost 30min to get there."
"This McDonald's is close to the house and I take my boys there when they have too much energy for the house lol. The help is friendly. The kids and parents that I have found there have been respectful so far. If there is anything negative I can say about the playpen. The tube slide that is there . It has no openings. If and when my boy goes in there I cannot see him. Another thing about the tube slide. Kids like to block it. In the middle or at the end. Again If I can't see my kid I freak out. And what are they doing in there? You know ? I nicely tell the kids to keep it moving."
"Ordered a pickup thru the app late at night. The location hours said they were open until 12 am and the app took my order. When I pulled up at 11pm I was told they were closed via the drive-through speaker."
"The worst food I ever ate at McDonald's. The french fries weren't cooked all the way through I took them back in and then they gave me old fries. Instead of fresh fries. My McChicken had so much mayonnaise on it that there was enough to make three sandwiches out of. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been at. For both food and service."
"I came here abt a week ago and got a crispy chicken sandwich and a mcchicken and they very overdone. we called and got credit for the order and the manager who took the call was very nice and understanding. she told us we can use it for whatever sandwich we wanted. so we went today and used the credit and i got a crispy chicken sandwich, and again it was very burnt. worse than last time. i went back and was told all the chicken sandwiches were coming out burnt, but they did offer to give me something else for the inconvenience."
