"Dunkin, in general, is 5 star. The service wasn't top-notch but was ok I thought waiting for an xlarge coffee, which took about 15 min and being the only person in line was a bit too long unless that's the way it is at 9:00 pm I'll have to keep it in mind next time. But sooner or later, I'll be back."

"I don’t think I’ve ever had more rude service from anywhere I have been. I’ve worked retail and food service and never have myself or any other coworker ever treated anywhere nearly as poorly as the employees here. There is no excuse for this other than poor management which appears to be the case as I’ve contacted the owner and my concern still went unnoticed. It’s so bad that employees of this place are making positive reviews to counter the negative ones. I can guarantee this because one of the reviews is someone I went to high school with who works here."
