"First Time and definitely going back from our server to the food absolutely exceeded my expectations to think it would be like other locations Nope! This one was so flavorful not one thing I'd change. I have never ordered a skillet or any item that wasn't missing something and this Chicken Skillet no bacon added came piping hot just like I like to see the steam and the biscuit soft and reminding me of Sunday mornings when I was little a piece of Nostalgia. The potatoes and eggs cooked just right and the chicken juicy not dry one bit. Our server I believe was Alex or Stephanie my memory isn't the best if I wait to add these but she was amazing I asked for no bacon and it was added but I would've never known if she didn't tell me. She never brought it to the table or told us until they remade it and I really appreciated that plus the wait wasn't bad I just assumed it was from the crowd but it was because she cared. She wanted everything to be right and my husband's Camp Pancakes OMG huge very filling and full of S'mores flavor they nailed it with this one because all we were missing was the campfire lol Southern Belle's Plainfield is a new fave and I cannot wait to try more items. The place wasn't overcrowded and our food came in good timing. This is a must try for everyone that loves good food and service exceptionally well 210%"

"Raw and cold sausage, but brought to attention of manager and instead she yelled at us and it’s the seasoning, but didn’t know the seasoning that would cause color discoloration. Asked for a corp phone number but was told no, ge was on vacation."

"Update 7/30/23 The current specials in the attached picture. --- Great food and great service. Pricey, and always busy, but still worth coming to. It's a family-owned small business with the family kids working in the business here as well. The only bad thing is that two weeks ago they started charging a credit card service fee of 3%. If you pay with cash, there is no service fee. I heard that they did this because they didn't want to raise prices on the actual food. This reason was not enough to take off a star from the review so I didn't, but still left a bad taste in my mouth as we were ready to leave. Everything before that was perfect."

"First time here, definitely won't be the last! I had the Nutella crepes, they were delicious and perfectly prepared. Huge portions, my side of hash browns were served in a oversized bowl. My friend had the chicken and waffle that looked amazing, and according to him tasted the same! Not crowed when we on a Wednesday afternoon, service was fast and the food prep too. Can't wait for my next visit!"
