"This place hire anyone no experience. And they don’t care about there works either I had family they made the best coffee and hot chocolate and the food. Some of the workers heat up food that is expired. So be careful and yes lobby and bathrooms are alway dirty. They need to hire people that take there job seriously. That place need a clean down bad. And they racies here the manager and the owner too."
"First and last time going here. I was handed my order and recieved a hot coffee instead of an iced. Then I confronted the employee she continued to tell me that I said hot and not iced. Hmmm well I know what I said for 1.... for 2, you would think that the customer is always right.. especially in todays inflated wold when 3 coffees cost over 11 dollars. Either way, there are too many dunkin donuts around. I dont need to go here and you shouldnt either."
"Dine in experience: got in, at the cashier was not greeted, didn't know if the guy was ready to take my order or not. i placed my order and i only got my latte, when I asked where were my sandwiches I was told that they don't have it ready as they didn't get the ticket, which is ok, i understand it happens, technical error. When I got my sandwich, it was hot on top and cold on the bottom, the cheese was not even melted. what disappointed me the most was that this place it is NOT sanitary CLEAN. I wanted to have my latte and my food inside, and was disgusted to see that the floors are not swept ( not talking about washed), the chairs and tables had crumbles, and the restroom not clean. Also, was very annoying to hear how loud employees talk to each other, almost like arguing. I was looking forward to have my coffee in an ambient atmosphere. I hope my review will help to improve the situation. I have a feeling that since most of the customers drive through to get their coffee, they don't pay attention to the inside. p.s. dine in time- 12:00pm good music, fast service! latte tasted just ok"
