Applebee's Grill + Bar

"Had the worst service ever! I ordered Chicken and Shrimp asked for no mushrooms still came out with mushrooms. I also ordered a side order of Mac n cheese and got a whole order of Mac n cheese with chicken on top of it. It was not what I ordered. Lady wanted to argue with me about what I ordered. When it came for our checks to come she stood there and waited for us to sign our checks. I work in the food industry as us servers you do not do that it’s rude as hell. Definitely not going back to Applebees"

"The service seemed slow initially, but it was kind of busy so that was understandable. The final straw was when I discovered there was a dead winged bug in my cup that I had been drinking from. Disgusting. By the time, the food came out, my appetite was pretty much gone. Outside of the server who was trying, the service was not good. In a situation like that, good customer service would have been the manager coming up to actually talk to us. Won't be coming back."

"Nice place to enjoy a meal. We did not have to wait to be seated. Our server was prompt with our menus and our drinks. We were able to place our order rather quickly Our meal took a bit longer than expected. However, the food was very good. Parking is free, and there are plenty of spaces. The restroom was very clean. This location was clean, and I do recommend it."

"Wow Applebees in Florissant mo u out did yourself tonight! Look how small portion these poor chicken tenders are!! This is an adult meal not a kids meal!!!! Potato’s were hard.. and cold! I ordered the three cheese penne.. pasta sauce looked like soup…tasted horrible! Server took forever to refill drinks. What I mean is she never asked us for refills untill we were done with our meals. Most of the time she was MIA…I don’t tip because I have too! I tip based on ur work ethic and food quality. Guess who isn’t getting that fat tip! Since she went MIA again we left the money on the table for our order. Then got accused of not paying… as she chased in the parking lot..it was would help if you cleaned off the table before accusing someone of stealing! Do better for your next customer, But we won’t be back!"

"Our service here was not great at all!!!! After being seated, we had to wait 30 min just for someone to come to our table to ask as if we wanted some water!!! Our "waiter" then tried to explain that we were in a spot that is not on the chart in the back so no one ever knows what waiter is going to take the table we sit in. We were constantly being overlooked. The ONLY reason why we kept our cool is because the waiter seemed to be the same age as my daughter...but I don't think I'm coming back to this location."
